Is move in / move out cleaning the same as end of lease (bond) cleaning?

They overlap a lot, but not completely. Move in / move out cleaning is a general deep clean for anyone relocating — buyers, sellers, new tenants, or people simply switching homes. End of lease cleaning is specifically scoped and checked against what a landlord or agent requires for bond return. If your main goal is passing a rental inspection, ask us about our end of lease service instead — we’ll make sure you’re booking the right one.

Do I need to be at the property while you clean?

No. Plenty of customers arrange key pickup, a lockbox, or building access instead of being there in person. Just let us know the access details when you book.

Does the property need to be empty?

Ideally, yes — an unfurnished property lets us clean every surface properly and usually finishes faster. We can still work around furniture if the property isn’t fully empty yet; just mention it in your quote.

How long does a move in / move out clean take?

It depends on the size and condition of the property. A one-bedroom apartment might take a couple of hours; a larger house with a neglected oven or heavily used bathroom will take longer. We’ll give you a realistic time estimate with your quote.

Can you clean on short notice?

Often, yes — we run 7 days a week from Mon–Fri 6:00am–6:00pm,
Sat–Sun 6:00am–2:00pm Moving dates change constantly, so tell us your timeframe and we’ll do what we can to fit you in.

Do you bring your own cleaning products?
